roasted maize is true its found in low income neighborhood since its a business that requires the lowest capital but on the contrary   the delicacy is enjoyed across the board you can just watch on the road side on the highways who enjoys the food,judging by the vehicle class, not to mention even tourist vans.

In Nigeria, the most common street food is called "SUYA", it is made out of cow-meat, chicken, etc but the Cow-meat is most common here in Lagos Nigeria even though it is a thing of the Northern part of Nigeria.

 Suya is a famous street food in my country Nigeria. Nigerian suya is a very popular Nigerian street food snack. It is simply skewered meats covered with a spicy peanut spice mix and roasted to perfection.
