Welcome to Munich: Oktoberfest edition

Hi guys, how are you doing? 🤗

TODAY the biggest "Volksfest" of the world started again in Munich, Germany! 🥨

In case you haven't heard of it, its called Oktoberfest and takes place every year around the end of September and goes on until the beginning of October.

Today it was very crowded but fun anyways. For me it's a must go! I love wearing my traditional Bavarian robes! Check out the pictures! 

If you are ever planning on visiting Munich you should do it at around this time of the year! I guess you have never seen anything like the Oktoberfest! It's totally worth a visit! Be prepared: German beer is quite strong 🙂

Hi @MiaMaria Great photos, you look lovely in your dress ☺ German beer is strong, hmm, I think the Irish could give you a run for your money when it comes to Beer! I was in Munich as a child of 12yrs old, of course I did not drink but I still remember the great atmosphere and people dressed in national costume.  Enjoy, Brost

haha yes! I love Irish beer! I spent a year in Ireland and beer was one of the things I l absolutely oved about your country!

great post from the Oktoberfest! I think I will make it 3 times this year 😉!

Of course then I don’t look famous like you, because in fact several years ago I bought a Lederhose but never took them on. I felt like chicken 🍗 wings with my legs...

But the biggest effort maybe is, that you managed to write a post AFTER the Oktoberfest. There are sometimes quite long recovering processes going on 🍻 🍻, when you know what I mean.

So, have fun! Maybe once we make a meet up there....
