We started our journey from Kandy and went to mawanella.then we took Aranayaka bus and get down from Gewilipitiya town.from there we took bus to Hathgampola.
From hathgmpola to bathalegala rock, there was a narrow road.we saw there was a small village in there.from the end of the road e had to climb the rock.
There is a temple top of the rock,but no one was there.and also we found a cave that used by monks.beyond that there was aa small pond.
This hike get us really amazing and adventures experienc this is better for one day hike.gbut as I think you can put a camping site top of the bathalegala). if you have idea of going there, its better to go with well-known person about roads and all.
