Transferring old contributions to my account

I have my old contributions in another account that I want to transfer all of the photos etc to my actual profile, how is this possible to do it? Thank you,

Reviews are specific to the Map listing location and a report of your own experience there. If you haven't been, then it's not a genuine review.
