At first, I apologize about the seasons of Soba. Those are not Spring and Autumn. Summer and Autumn are the correct.

Like above, I don't know well the Summer Soba.

In general, Autumn Soba is said that the taste, the flavor, and the color are better than Summer Soba from a long time ago.

 

But I think both are interesting now:-)

そば好きとしてはいろいろなそばが楽しめるのはとても嬉しいことです。

私も本場から買ってきてもらったへぎそば、までは食べたことがあるのですが、まだ本場では食べられていません。是非試させていただきたいと思います:-)
