Wow, it should be really nice. I want to go to Japan just to try it out 🙂

Here in Brazil yakisoba is still the most famous, but lamen houses is spreading all over the city, at least here in Sao Paulo.

There many kinds of Yakitori all over the world. I like also to see them. Someday, introduce your country's unique Yakitori!

Sadly I didnt see this prior to my trip to Tokyo last week.  I do love Soba and i would love to have more of a chance to get into the different types.  I am also a huge fan of the cold soba noodles, which is not normal for westerners to eat them as such.

My problem is they aren’t gluten-free.

The gluten-free soba exist. Juwari-Soba(十割そば) is used 100% buckwheat flour, and buckwheat flour does not contain gluten. So, Juwari-Soba is one of the famous gluten-free foods in Japan. If you try to eat Juwari-Soba, I recommend a Juwari-Soba specialty shop because a restaurant that is providing Juwari and another soba together is not safe for you. Try to search it:-)
