The Pharaonic Local Guide experience - Introduce Yourself - April 2018

Hi everyone! I am Abanoub, a 25-year old student at the Faculty of Medicine of Cairo University in Egypt. I am a level 6 local guide.

 

I have always been passionate about navigation and helping others find their destinations. I am also obsessed with traveling and exploring new cities to the extent that I might even take my car in the evening and drive alone with the sole aim of discovering places I have never been to before.

 

What I love about being a local guide is that I consider it as a kind of indirect community service because by helping people reach their desired locations, I feel I am having an indirect impact on the society.

 

  • I am always eager to interact with people from all over the world to get exposed to different cultures, mentalities, and values.
