The Japanese cuisine you introduced is very loved by ordinary people on a daily basis. Especially okonomiyaki is "粉物 kona-mon (Flour dish)" and is one of the typical flour dishes in Japan.

ねぎ庵 Negi-an

Okonomiyaki originated from Osaka, but I think relatively Hiroshima Okonomiyaki is more popular🤔

Thank you for sharing the ねぎ庵 Negi-an, looks nice place! I have tried Osaka style okonomiyaka too but I prefer the Hiroshima style. 

2 years ago I was in Osaka with one of mine Japanese friend and ate okonomiyaki. Here is the photo from there.

Dear @Ivi_Ge,  I have not visited Japan,  but always I love to watch Japan food videos and photos. Very spicy, colorful and excellent way of plating.
