Iam saudi local guide level 8 I'm a big Fan of Google Maps and in just the Freedom that it gives us in the control and the amount of stress that it reduces in our lives and just the wealth of information Google delivers us in google maps it's always a joy to dive in and see what's new and there is so much in it that some time when we dive, to see what's new we actually discover some thing that's old that's new to us this may be new to you it may not. Let's talk about .PLUS CODES

1. What are Pluse codes : A plus code just like a street address for people or places that don't have one.the codes give address to everywhere, allowing them to receive deliveries, access emergency services, register to vote-and more.the codes are short and simple and easy to use: 7HV3HP86+V6 Hail Saudi for example. These codes can be used on Google Maps to get directions to a home or bubusine. 
2. How it works: it's global code Consists of 11 digits and letters the first 4 is for the area code And the rest for local code. 

What makes it unique: it is free there are no licensing fees or other costs. it's  an open-source for everyone. (accessible of line) you don't need a network connection, plus codes work in places that haven't been mapped. And they don't use country codes so they work in disputed territories.
