It is obvious matter that there will be several commercial concerns, services, shops in a commercial complex - may be in dozens in a multi storied building.
Similarly there will be several residences, flats in such multi storied building including commercial concerns in it.
The issue is that when all such individual concerns are created in map by the Local Guides or by the owner themselves (of course with the support of relevant Photos) map at this spot will look very clumsy or unwieldy. People searching for any particular commercial concern or residence will be left with the clutter of several place marks.
It is therefore suggested that such Commercial or Apartment Complexes may be allowed to be edited as Nested Place by the Google Maps Contributor for adding nested places instead of tagging the individual places in the complex where the commercial entities which are in large numbers exceeding anything upto hundred (all the hundred cannot occupy a spot or place of interest in the map) - please see the image attached - showing the wikimapia polygon & the Google Maps Tag for Express Avenue ( where there are actually over hundred shops inside the very Express Avenue Main Mall Building!)

SolutionHi @Dhanasekaran_Muthu shopping malls and other large commercial complexes already work this way with the Mall owner/manager working directly with Google and often Street View trusted photographer(s) to accomplish this.
