Hi,  that's happened to me too. Don't worry, If you just completed your 50 approved photos level, you should wait for a day some times.  

If it's longer than 2 Days, try to change language of your mobile device to English.

I changed my language also to English and it don't work .

Now it said the same on English and not in german.
