thanks for open a interesting topic . me join 2013 last that time this program known as " City Experts " and only contribute in Google + . and arrange first meetup March 7,2015. and that is also first unofficial meetup out side of USA 🙂
Hi @NirajBhusal! This is a great idea for a post.
My first meet up was on November 19th 2017 in the east coast of Argentina in the province of Buenos Aires.
The city I chose was Pinamar because it's one of the most touristical beaches here so I thought it would be a good location. There had been a big refurbishment of all the bars and restaurants that are by the beach so I thought it would be a good idea to update that info in Maps.
I went with @santiagoirale of course but unfortunately nobody came to our meet up. Anyway the weather was really bad, it was about to rain, and it was cold and windy so we walked a bit and took some pictures but we had to return to the centre of the city because of the weather. We continued our meet up there and added many missing places to the map. I think it was my most successful guiding time! I never wrote a recap about it because I wasn't very familiar with Connect yet, but here are a few pictures:
