What does mean by R820

Look at the screenshot it says the road name is R820. My question is What does mean by R820?

Follow this steps

1. Open the Google Maps app .
2. Tap Menu   Send feedback  Edit the map.
3. To report your issue, follow the instructions.
4. Tap Send.
