Btw, it seems that I was the only Local Guide in the meet-up to have this already activated

Probably still rolling out to different geographies. I don't see it yet when I tag a new photo upload. Hopefully the next few days. 

This is a good feature to know what is what, especially food and drinks.

New points for us: if you add a caption when you upload a photo, you get 1 extra point 😃

I really love this feature, because I'm pretty sure someone asked with an Idea, so this is another great Idea implemented, and because is going toward quality on maps!

Thanks for this info @LucioV  I found this morning that my point total had magically increased by 1200 points and was wondering why.  This is good news as now I have even more incentive to add remarks to my photos. I still have almost 11,000 points to go to reach level 10 and even those one pointers help.
