[Recap] Gombe 360 Photo Walk

During the meet up

It was great hanging out with Gombe Local Guides community.

We meet as planned though there was change in venue and time.

Guides started converging at about 0300pm local time. @Rabiata was the first person to arrive. About 5minutes earlier than me the host.

I was impressed the way they are keen to learn new things about the program.

In total there are 18 guides that came for the meet up.

We stated around 1600hrs local time.

I share the gift of badge I brought to them after introduction.Badges shared.

Then we start the business of the day.

Where I introduce to them the street view app and why is important to have 360 pictures.

We use the app to explore other places that has 360 pictures.

To my greatest surprise I'm the first to add a 360 picture to some places in Gombe using my 360 camera "wunder360".

We spent time discussing issues related to Local Guide program and how to make good and positive contribution to the map.

They ask lots of questions, the ones I know I answered the ones I don't know we searched Google and find the answers.

Gombe Local Guides are very enthusiastic and ready to provide quality information.

We concluded with 360 video and group pictures at about 1830hrs.Group picture

I was surprised too with the turnout in Gombe .

Because I never had such number of turnout in Lagos.

Wow, 18 participants. I haven't seen such a turnout in a long time, congratulations on that.

I'm glad to see you had a productive photo walk and added new photos to the area. 

I hope to see more of this kind from you in the future.
