[Recap] Aomori 360° photography

thetaplus_20181118180841151.jpg

17th Nov 2018, we held the "Aomori 360 ° photography" in Aomori, Japan as a part of the ? 360° Photography WorldWide Meet-up ? of @ValeriaA_. Aomori prefecture is the northernmost prefecture on the main island of Japan. Aomori is famous for Apples and the Nebuta Festival. When we held a meet-up, the beautiful autumn of Aomori had ended already. But we could find other beautiful scenes instead.

This time, participants were four people, @HiroyukiTakisawa@kumax_aomori@Christine_T, and Len.

Route

  • Tsugaru Kokeshi-kan ... A famous traditional craft of Aomori, Kokeshi's museum. We saw a lot of Kokeshi.
  • Shirayamahime-Shrine ... A tiny shrine with a big ginkgo tree. The ginkgo tree was so beautiful and the fallen leaves looked like a yellow carpet.
  • Jogakura Bridge ... The landscape from this bridge was nice. Probably when it comes to watching colorful mountains, previous weekend was the best.
  • Jigokunuma ... Jigokunuma(地獄沼) stands for "Hell Swamp". The name is a bit scary, but there is a beautiful place. That is a small lake that full of warm water.
  • Hanaichimonme ... This is a Soba, buckwheat flour noodle, restaurant. We happened to go to the restaurant. But that was an amazing place!
  • Matsukazetei ... A cafe next to a temple. That is a heartwarming cafe. Simple tasty coffee and donut were nice:-)

360-degree photos

For introducing a place, a 360-degree photo is one of the best ways. It can easy to take all around, and give the realistic feeling to the watchers of the map.  And when it comes to taking a unique squad photo, the 360-degree camera is useful and interesting.

By the way, this time all theta series (SC, S, V) happened to collect in one place!

Fun photo
We challenged to take fun photos by the 360-degree camera as well. These are videos. Check from here and here.  (The links to the shared album.)

Street View
And we made some Street Views by photos and videos. Street View App has some problems now, but we hope it to improve through our feedbacks.

Conclusions

The 360-degree camera is not common yet. But this is a very interesting tool and has a lot of possibilities. As a toy, as a business tool, we can use it as we like. Let's enjoy your 360-degree camera life with us:-)

Re: [Recap] Aomori 360° photography

@Anonymousさん

Re: [Recap] Aomori 360° photography

@kumax_aomoriさん
