Khushiya Objective: To distribute smiles among poor children.

Poor children naturally get subjected to child labour and eventually fail to enjoy the best season of life that is Childhood. Many international and national debates have been made on Child Labour. The government has made and implemented various strict laws for Child Labour, but somehow society and government has failed in eradicating Child labour totally.

The little joys of this childhood lie in the celebrations of the birthdays and festivals. We are fortunate enough that we have sufficient resources to enjoy these festivals at the best.

Phase 3 - Khushiya

Since the past 3 years we at Ray of Light Foundation spread smiles among the less fortunate children during Diwali by distributing the Khushiya Kit which includes Eatables such as Milk,Biscuits,Snacks,Chocolates and toys, crackers and woollen clothes. This year we touched 2100 such children in Anand, Nadiyad, Jambughoda, Lambhevel, Gana, Halol and Vadodara.
