Hi @SouravSherry it can take a while to catch up between the two systems. The sync happens when you login to Connect so if you've got more points recently log out of Connect then back in again and see if it updates.
Hi @SouravSherry no, there isn't an App at this time.
The website is reasonably responsive and works on most devices I've tried. If you do use it on a device always make sure the page has fully loaded and the initial script has run before you try and do anything otherwise it can get a bit frustrating.
@SouravSherry thank you to discuss your issue, same was with me too but it was synchronized after a few days but you don't worry about level and points, hope it will be updated soon on Connect too
