@SJasourH98 These are badges for your participation in Local Guides Connect and program. Under your profile, beside the badges, you can click "more". Most of the badges are quite self explanatory. For example:
Badges for posts - how many new posts you created in LG Connect
Badges for giving Kudos/Likes - how many likes you have given to others' posts, to encourage others
Badges for receiving Kudos/Likes - how many likes you received for your posts
Badges for solutions - how many of your replies have been marked as the solution to someone's question.
and other badges like Street View Trusted Photographer, or if you were invited for a worldwide Summit etc.
If there is anything specific you are unclear, do ask here again.
By the way, in Google Maps, there are a different set of badges for Maps contributions.
