Problem editing POI title in local language

Looking for some help/advice on a problem I've just encountered in a listing in Prague. The POI shows up in German on Maps (regardless of language settings – mine is English). When searched for in Google, the top result link is a Maps link in (bizarrely) Italian. When trying to edit the listing in Maps I'm offered German twice and English, but not Czech (the local language). 

I suspect some error after a merge of two listings.

@Stuart_C that is weird indeed. But that 3rd line always seems to show whatever language your system is set to: when I have Dutch as my language, it is asking me to enter the name in Dutch, when I switched to 'Cestina', it was asked to enter the name in Czech. So it will probably be easier to make those changes on desktop, as the language switch can then be done within the maps app.
