Photo views without place is approved

Some views is understandable as we oneself or others watch our photos in contributions.But this amazing amount surprised me.Anybody can explain me about it.It is the same place which is not approved till date after more than 15 trials.

Really how it happened?  No place but picture views. If place not approved then picture should be delete. what you say @Pankajsah?

Why to delete? It is increasing my photo views in one hand.Main thing is that who knows it will be approved in future.@bdmafuz

Should I delete it as said by hereby friend.If so then I have many such photos.
