Google maps pictures views are not changing since a week

Hello, everyone! I'm a newbie from Bangkok, Thailand. A former journalist, I truely enjoy sharing useful information.

While I'm now a level 5, I just logged in this site for the first time.

My two pet peeves are:

1. My photo view count has stopped updating for over a week now. Should I try report it? If so, where to?

2. Certain categories should be there, but not. Something basic like : drink stall (only soft drink stall). Where can I submit these suggestions?

If  r are regular contributor obviously  your photo view count are running ...

Open your maps > Your contribution ..... 

Select your photos section to view your Counts ..

02 ..

If u dont find any accurate category .. no problem  we can use alternative similar category for new place..

I've noticed the same thing, though the individual picture views are changing, the total remains the same in both Maps and Street View.

Hi @tiko, @ShafiulB, i can confirm that total counter stopped 1 week ago and have not been updated, also if the count of each photo is increasing. For me is not a problem, it happens already in the past

Hi there,

Recently, the total view count of my photos have become frozen on 186,986. It's been an issue for at least a couple of days, even though I've uploaded new photos and several old photos have gotten considerably more views since.

Is this a known issue? Is there any known way to fix the count?

Hi @JHeat me and other LGs noticed that. Don't worry about this: in the past we've been running in views and points shortages and every time Google engineers solved the question and views (or points) came back after some day.
