I am curious how can I make an official community in Iran?

Is there any official community anywhere ?

Hi @MaziarR, there used to be a system where Google supported unofficial communities. Since October, this has not been the case and the support has stopped. Please, read more in this announcement. 

 

Of course, these, now "unrecognized" communities may exist in the future - and you can also found one to your liking.
