Sorry @ayann, the perk is available to Local Guides (Level 7 and higher) who were signed up in the following 5 cities: Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, or Mumbai.

@Ravisawane, you can rent clothes with using this perk. Flyrobe offers dress rental service for men and women.
