I have been busy posting reviews and photos of the most beautiful town in Spain - Estepona in the Costa del Sol, Spain.  So I am delighted to have gone up the steps to Level 4!

Thank you @AmaniG - Estepona is just fabulous.

There are 13 kilometres - 13! - of streets like that!

4 years ago the Mayor started this promotion Estepona - Garden of the Costa del Sol, and they bought and put up 14,000 flower pots the first year, with more ever since.  They started a Gardening School where youngsters can learn skills - and practice them on the streets as part of their apprenticeship.

The people are so lovely and friendly too.  If you ever get to Spain, come to Estepona in the Costa del Sol!
