Local guide with bad morals and ethics. He needs to be removed.

There is a local guide level 4 who is trolling and posting negative reviews to business who do not allow him to sell business leads.  This local guides history is lengthy in this extortion style tactic.  He called our company on Friday, December 7th asking to speak to the owner.  When he was told we do not purchase sales leads, he was belligerent to our receptionist.  He then posted a negative review on Google.
