Local contractor spamming fake locations..how many times can I submit an edit without jeopardizing my status?

submitted an edit for the flowood location and it is still under review. google has the address as Regus.

thank for the link. that is discussion local guides spamming and not the local business yet I guess the same guidelines do apply.
