Local Guides in my country Pakistan,

I want to know about the local guide community in my country Pakistan, and expecially level 10 guides who are working for this country,
I have seen some guides with the photos of only one place and achieved level 10, is it fair to do so??
we do a lot of efforts to take photos of different places to share with community and what people do

i have seen this too and i want the moderator to have a look at this. i reported few of them as it is unfair to upload 10k plus photos of 1 place as i don't want to mention the person name here but i have he has not contributed any thing else other than uploading the pictures of one place multiples times. 

people need to understand what are the benefits of being a local guide and how can they use these features to improve the places around them and adding the missing places to help others. as today traveling on metro i found that this route is not updated. since i travel a lot i have seen many places which are famous but people don't get to them because google is not updating them properly. there should be local guide meetup here on localguides to connect the level 10 together to discuss on how to improve the maps as now a days everyone is using andriod and its easy if local guides can motivate the people to contribute on map.
