The applications closed on April 24th and the Local Guides who got invited received their invite on May 19th. You can only attend the Summit if you are invited to, you have to wait one year for Summit18

Easy @Anoopzzz, you just need "Time travel machine"...go back in past...and well if they do not chose you first time when you apply you need to go back in past few times, who knows how many... 😄
