Is there a link that i can share with people which will lead to a page that shows them my own contributions?

HI @DavidCondrey sure.

Mine is in my signature; to get yours, simply open your contributions page, then click on a photo, and then, on the upper left corner of the photo, you will find your name, click on it and copy the link: this is your public contribution page.

From this link, if you open in an incognito window, you can also see how much photos and reviews are approved and public.
