Congrats for achieving the level 8 my friend :). I'm not sure whether it's till available or not but you can Check it under your profile tab you'll see option to redeem :).
Use this link to land on your contribution page where you can see the play music Perk if it available for you or not :).

Congrats on reaching Level 8! At this time, the Google Play perk has ended. Perks and benefits for the Local Guides program are always changing and perks may be regional or available everywhere depending on the offer.
Local Guides who have opted in to receive benefit emails will be updated with any new perks. Please check your email-settings and be sure to please check your email preferences as well as your spam or promotions folder to make sure you don't miss any news.
