Level 10 Local Guide badge

Hello @TraciC

Normally, how long for Local Guides Connect Team to update Local Guide Badge for all user? By weeks or months, I mean.

As you can see, some users are level 10 in Google Maps account, but here (Local Guides Connect forum) their account is just appear level 9.

So I guess, maybe the badge updating progress for LC users here is done manually.

Forgive for me if my consideration is not necessary.

Hello @ThanhLan,

Your level and badges can sometimes take a few days to sync with your level on Google Maps. If your level hasn't updated, or you're still waiting on your upgrade email, please try these steps:

      1) Click on your profile picture on the top right corner and then select "Sign-out"

      2) Visit https://maps.google.com/localguides/home

      3) Sign up for the program

      4) Once you've signed up for Local Guides

      5) Visit https://www.localguidesconnect.com/

      6) Click on the grey icon in the top right corner to log-in with your email address

I did follow your steps, but nothing new happens to me.

Maybe, this LG Connect Forum needs more long time to update the data from LG Google Maps.

Anyways, I appreciate your helps.
