Kima Puli Pitha (in Bengali কিমা পুলি পিঠা) is one kind of snacks food in Bangladesh. Kima Puli can be made by Beef, Chicken or Mutton. It's a very popular pitha/snacks in our country, we enjoy it a lot especially during the winter time.

The main ingredients are melted Beef and Rice powder as this is a beef kima puli pitha. Other ingredients are Onion, Garlic and other spices to cook beef nicely.

I also wanted to ask you is Kima Puli Pitha popular as a street food or is usually homemade?

Thank you so much that you like it. We made it at our home, It's just a bit spicy and usually a home made snack, but you can have from some snack/pitha shops only those are selling pitha.
