I was able to help a lady today that was part of a business that had been having trouble with Google Maps listings. She was a much older lady and was confused and had mention that the number and address were incorrect. She was scared to say anything on the phone when Google would call to confirm her number thinking it was a spam call.
I was able to walk her through step by step and confirm the changes via the web page a family member put up. She was extremely grateful and it really made my day. Just felt like sharing why I love doing this. <3's
