Introducing new badges on Google Maps

I'd rather google spent their resources resolving the edit algorithm than rolling out badges, 😉☺

Perhaps the processors are calculating how many of the 50million LGs are eligible for which badges 😉😉😉

Je suis aussi bêta testeur, je viens juste de les avoir. C'est peut être dû au planning de déploiement de cette mise à jour.

Félicitations @Vvincent ! J'ignore ou tu-es en France mais ça n'a rien à voir avec une quelconque stratégie de déploiement. Du moins, c'est ce que je pense vu que l'attribution à l'air de se faire au compte goutte et de manière assez aléatoire 😞 Ca finira bien par se généraliser. Bonne soirée.

I don't really need these badges (I will not lose anything and will not get anything, I will not do less or more for the project), but I find it unacceptable the deployment the function for almost 1.5 months.

Hi @SergeySud, Santa Claus just called me and said : don't worry, you'll received your update before Christmas 🙂 It's just a new funny feature and as you said don't provide fundamental changes. Be patient we'll get it soon or later !

I don't worry at all about badges. I just worry that it was announced too early.

In Russia we say "Don't say "Up!" until you jump over", the same in English "Never cackle till your egg is laid" 🙂
