What started as a way to paas my time by, turned out to be an amazing experience for me. Here's a brief introduction about me:

1. Name: Mayank Mittal
2. Location: India
3. What do I love about being a Local Guide: I had no idea what I feel about a certain place may mean so much to others. This is the best thing I love about  a being a local guide. Your voice is heard. If you have been a victim, you can prevent others from those misadventures. A single contribution from someone can help others around the world make informed decisions.
4. I love to share: Mostly reviews because I believe what I can convey with words no photos can. I like answering questions about a place because those questions that Google asks are thorough and help cover entire information about a particular place.
5. How did I hear about Local Guides: I got a popup to write my experience at some restaurant. I contributed. One day while using Maps I saw an option called 'Your Contribution' with a score of 2 and that's how my story as a Local Guide began.
6. Fun Fact About Me: I love traveling and exploring. Over the last 2 years I have travelled across India and USA. From exploring the greenery of Assam to backwaters of Kerala to hailstones of Himachal to nightlife of Mumbai, snow covered peaks of Sikkim to the casinos of Vegas, to living the dream of Hollywood at LA. I have seen so much and through Google Maps I look forward to share my experience with the rest of the world.
