Hi @GusMoreira further up this thread on 3 April @AradhanaB tagged you and asked for your feedback regarding adding hours on school listings. Could you let us know the official postilion because mapping guidelines seem to be in conflict with info on this thread.
Also, and very importantly, can you shed any light on the ability to add a note on edits as per AradhanaB's screenshot below. Is this a staff only feature or available to all LGs on all platforms?

Hi @Pea,
The guidelines you mentioned is correct. "Certain types of businesses shouldn’t provide hours, including those with varied hours (like schedules for different types of activities, including showtimes, worship services, or classes) and those that operate only by appointment. Examples of business that shouldn’t provide hours include, but are not limited to: hotels and motels, movie theaters, emergency rooms, schools and universities, transportation services, airports, event venues, and natural features." and can't be found here.
Of course, as the world is not the same, there will be instances where we will have schools who are indeed open for the public for a determined period of time every day, so they can be eligible to have Business Hours on Google Maps. As as always say: use your best judgment.
The "Add a note" feature was part of the Map Maker workflow, when every edit went through MM. Hence the disclaimer text at the bottom of the page. With the MM graduation, this has been updated and the system migrated to a new one, where we only show "Add a note" for certain types of edits like "report a road problem".

Hi @AradhanaB please confirm that it is NOT possible to add a note as you suggested.
As per the reply from GusM above: We only show "Add a note" for certain types of edits like "report a road problem".
Many thanks
