From the beginning I joined Batu Local Guides meet up, I am so interested in how @br14n manages his community with his wife @Annisa1208. They open their house for shelter to the communities (both Local Guides and local people) to come in for sharing. This year, two Bangladesh Local Guides came to visit them. Couple months before, a Jakarta Local Guides @RahmatHarmanP did Bromo geowalk with them.

Together they host and attend many meet ups during a year of Batu Local Guides community.

They did social movement with local communities and local activists group as well, such as releasing the fish to the dirty canal into a good pond, having fun with disabilities kids, promoting river cleaning movement, Environmental Care Campaign, and many more. Hosting Geowalk is really their specialist. Today, the community had 48 meet ups and still counting! 

The couple did geowalk to Coban Jodo

The most incredible thing to be Local Guides, they and Batu Local Guides gave the information about a hidden waterfall, Coban Jodo in Google Maps for first time ever. The waterfall become a popular tourist attraction now. Last month, they did Coban Jodo: trekking with love. Indeed, they spread the love of the community and be the first list of Local Guides couple we should meet!

I am honored by this post, thanks for it my best friend, @NunungAfuah.
We are not alone, in this community there are many friends who join and become part of us, gather together in every activity of Batu Local Guides. Exploring cities, countryside, waterfalls, hills, and mountains, has become our routine agenda. We always went together, helping each other in every difficulty. The love and friendship that grows in this community is like a renewable energy for us to enjoy in this life.
Hopefully what we have done, becomes useful for others. I wish all who want to meet us, granted his wish and we will welcome with hospitality and kinship in our basecamp filled with memories.
