maybe its the local postal service, it happens to me all the time when I get foreign postage through normal post. 

As per my experience, Google is very generous in giving away gifts and it is highly unlikely that they forgot to pack in the goods

Hi @Chandan-shrivastav a Googler may be able to help you and will respond soon. It is the weekend for them at the moment. Was the package opened or still sealed?

If that address in your screenshot is your home address I recommend removing it from your post for your security and safety.
