How to post a blog?

hope you all doing great with google map.I like to know how to post a blog post and Question and answer post?

Can anyone help me ?

The blog in LGC is reserved for Google Moderators

I dont think any regular users can post Q&A.   Somebody else might know how.

as @sputnikjim mention the blog board only reserve for Google Moderators. 

For question and answer you can use various board available for us.
