My Google One perk for free 6 month trial has been expired on 28 dec. by any means can i redeem it. or is there any support number/email to contact google one team.

Hoje recebi um formulário de satisfação sobre o benefício do Google ONE, e nele escrevi que NÃO consegui resgatar o beneficio concedido como Local Guide. Fiz diversas tentativas mas não tinha com avançar o formulário sempre dava erro. Gostaria de ter a chance de poder usufruir deste beneficio.

my google one free perk has been expired on 28 dec, because i was unable to redeem it as it was not accepting my credit cards. Please let me know how i can redeem it as it is already expired on 28 dec 2018.
