Suppose if a local guide account suspended for invalid information or some kind of similar practice, how long the suspension will be there.
Is there any options like submitting appeal from the user side like the system in Google Adsense?

Thanks for reaching out on this.
By joining Local Guides it means the user agrees to abide by the program rules and guidelines including Google's TOS. If an account was banned from Connect or from the Local Guides program for any of these reasons - and therefore the account is suspended- the removal will be permanent and there is no appeal procedure similar to the system you quoted.
