How do I become a "Google Moderator"?

Hi @AkshayKumar Google Moderators are Paid  employees working for Google that is why they have that designated and special title. And as well there is no qualification here from connect that qualifies a person to become a Google moderator. Hi @AkshayKumar I reinforce the contributions of @HelloSamsonR and @WetCoastCanuck who are both correct. There is another class of moderator, Connect Moderator - we're Local Guides just like you and we do not work for Google. We help out here and there on the platform because we like to help people like you. If this sounds like you, then there is no application process. Simply be a good positive contributor both here on LGC and in Maps and you will be noticed by Googlers and invited to apply.

Hi @msnazee if you want to become a Connect Moderator, just go on contributing on Local Guides Connect, answer to questions, be kind and reply to all the doubt from other LG.
If you will be noticed by Googlers, they will contact you and you could be proposed as Connect Moderator.

Hi @msnazee to become a Google Moderator you need to get a job with Google https://careers.google.com/

To become a Connect Moderator (like me) just be a Good helpful Local Guide and be positive and useful here within Connect. There is no application process.
