How can I get the badge as an expert photographer?

I received the badge of: I am a Google Street View Certified Photographer.

I follow the procedure to download it but it does not work.

Maybe the 6 level is not enough?

Why my number of views of reviews has gone down from 165000 to just 332. Any help!!
