Hello @DavidAssanti,

Here is how you can update you profile picture. You only need to update a single photo for all google products. If you're on Pc(Log In ) then click on circle showing on top right corner. Click on photo>change>upload. 

Here is another simple method,

Open plus.google.com>profile>edit profile>a popup window will open>click on camera icon>upload.
