How about organising a "Check the facts Week" in your city!

The format is simple:  

Each participant do 7 Checks per day, for 7 days.  Then we meet in person to discuss.  

In the following week, discussion will continue in Connect, so that all of us can gain more knowledge about Check the facts and all related Mapping questions.

Even for LGs cannot attend the in person meetup, still can contribute and discuss.

I just created the Event at LG Meet-up site, and pending approval.  Looking forward to see your Events!

@YK1001  I said it wrong that one sentence. I tried to say those Official Google Local Guides-sites in Google+, example Finland have two different community to LG's, which Goofle has approved. Do I say it right now?

Hi @TomiFinland,

I got what you mean.  I have further comments below:

1.  As long as you are a member of an active LocalGuides Community, you should be able to post at their community page (Google+, Facebook, etc).  And you can host an event, and advertise about it at the Community Page.  So no need to wait for others to organise an event.  Just go ahead and organise events for others to join.

2.  For recent and new LGs communities, there are now started by fellow LGs.  And can work towards to get Recognised and receive Google support.
