Hola @kr3bm4, no se trata de beneficios 🙂. En muchos lugares del mundo lamentablemente 😔 no se reconoce a la mujer como un sujeto económico, esta manera es una de las formas para valorar y reconocer todo el esfuerzo que significa para una mujer ser la dueña del negocio. Esto se tiene que ver a escala mundial no a nivel país. La mujer es más que dueña del negocio, es madre, es educadora, la compañera de, y la dueña del negocio. Todos estos roles casi nunca se valoran en la verdadera medida que lo tienen, por ello creo que este icono para los negocios es muy importante. Incluso para la mujer como mujer ya que siempre está en desventaja en la relación laboral con el hombre.

Hola @waqarrandhawa, lamentablemente no es un chiste, ya que el día 8 de marzo de reconocer la pérdida de vidas de mujeres que luchaban por sus derechos laborales 😔. Fueron mandadas a ser quemadas vivas en el interior de la fabrica. Hoy Google simplemente, reconoce que un negocio es dirigido por mujeres, parece sin necesidad y casi una discriminación de genero, pero creo que es poco, dado como en la actualidad, la sociedad trata a la mujer, donde los derechos de las mujeres no son tan reconocidos. Creo que está iniciativa de Google con este icono es marcar el esfuerzo realizado por la mujer emprendedora.
