Google+, Google Products, and Google Spaces

I'm intrigued by this new way for us Local Guides to connect. It seems like a mashup of G+, Google Product Pages, and Google Spaces all wrapped up in the Google Progressive Web App framework. Where can we learn more about this tech for collaboration?
