Flood in Biratnagar Area

Heavy rain has caused flooding in Eastern part of Nepal. Biratnagar is also hit by flood due to this monsoon rain.

Different organization is involved in providing the flood hit area people with tents, water, food, medicine. The process is under way with more and more youth involvement in helping the need people.

A friend of mine from Biratnagar told me that everything she had in her house got drowned into water. 😢

There are several other hourt touching incidents like this and more severe cases than this which are caused by flood.

Please be safe and help each other. Lets bring back the aliveness of the city.

I'm so sad for the flood that your country and Bangladesh are suffering @MadanKPradhan

It seems that we are unable to control the natural events and more, like in this case, there are humans responsibility in the control of the flood. Of course, now the international community is working to help, but it will be better to work for preventing. Hope you are safe and, like @BishowvijayaP

I hope your people will be able to help each other, to rescue who is in danger.

Thanks @ErmesT. We are safe as we were not much affected by the flood but other part of the city were more affected and the youth of Biratnagar are getting involved in the process of recovery.
