Dog friendly locations on Google maps

Hey All, 

DOGS ! I love Google maps because as a dog owner it's difficult to know if somewhere is dog friendly. I have a very well behaved chocolate Lab called Wellington and I like to take him wherever I can. I rely on fellow Google reviewers to tell me if Wellington will be welcome before visiting. An invaluable service I'm sure you'll agree.

What would be even more helpful if there was an option to say the place is dog friendly or if a place is good for dog walking. Could this be an option?
